How to choose the right mental health treatment plan?

The answer is obvious, what is right for you.

Whether you want to take a prescription drug for your symptoms or you would rather do a more holistic approach is based on your individual circumstances.

The reality is that neither a drug nor another treatment plan is a miracle cure.

But regardless, if you choose to be on a medication treatment plan, you should always practice self-care.

And always do research regarding prescription drugs.

  • Group therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Interpersonal psychotherapy

Self-care is an part of any mental health treatment plan

  • Eat Healthy
  • Get enough sleep
  • Stay active
  • Limit alcohol and recreational drugs
  • Regulate social media
  • Develop a hobby
  • Participate in outside events
  • Exercise
  • Live in the present
